Ageless April Detoxing the Home Enviroment

Ageless April Detoxing the Home Environment

Hello my Beauties, and welcome back. YOUR first wellness goal for April was a simple, yet effective weekend detox. If you want to extend the detox, to 7 or 21 days we have a program for you.  By taking the time to care for yourself and providing the body a well deserved break, you are on your way to detoxing for health.

Today, you will learn about a new product, I use when cleaning my home.  We live in a toxic environment; we have toxins in our air, water, food and the products we use.  The accumulation of toxins in our body affects our health. Environmental toxins can’t always be avoided but we do have the power to change what products we purchase and use in our homes. Nature’s Shield Protective Blend is my go-to blended essential oil when cleaning my home.$17.99 – 30 ml

Taking small steps are doable, and this is when real change is possible. I have provided you with “8” simple steps since January. Think about that. If you have been making these small simple changes, YOU have incorporated “8” wellness practices, and eliminated “8” less healthy practices. You can see how simple changes, because new habits, how new practices become routine.

It’s simple to use, here are the combination I use.

Why wear Rosewood Mala Beads

Hello my Beauties, I am truly grateful for your return.

Today, lets look at why you might consider wearing Rosewood Mala Beads.

We all have times in our lives where our road is hindered with obstacles. We feel stuck. Unable to move forward. Rosewood is used as “the remover of obstacles.” So, if you have been facing some bumps in the road, struggling with the direction your life is taken, Rosewood Mala beads may be right for you.

Rosewood’s energy is primarily feminine, and focused on spiritual, intuitive health and beauty. It guides with intuitive thought and feeling, with a motherly, spiritual nourishment. Rosewood can be use for spiritual healing, with the guide of the Divine Mother. This is the perfect bracelet for those looking to heal old mother wounds, establish lost self-confident, and regain trust in others.

On the beauty side, rosewood can be effective when worn to enhance female beauty and feminine grace. It can help bring a feeling of home, and promote positive change because of it grounded proponents. I personal love this bracelet to promote strength in our own femininity.

Rosewoods warming healing properties improves circulation and protects one from negative energy.

YOUR Registered Holistic Nutritionist suggest this Rosewood Mala bracelet for those looking to heal old mother wounds, to navigate a clear direction and remove obstacles. To improve circulation, and provide strength through grace. I would also suggest it for those looking to attracting a loving partner, and loving relationships.  Plus, freedom from negative energy.

Heart Chakra: Compassion, healing feminine energy, and love.

Mala beads provide a simple reminder during meditation and chanting, and breathe during our mediation. Your goal is to be focused and of clear mind, so you can track your breath by inhaling with one bead and exhaling as you move on to the next.

Empowered Mala beads are often kept in a sacred place when not being used, worn, or carried. Wearing malas as jewellery draw on its power outside of prayer and meditation. I love wearing my malas as jewelry to serve as a constant, sacred reminder my specific intention that I have set.

As a reminder, they are sacred tools, even when worn as jewellery. People will often be drawn to your beads, but you should not let others handle your mala beads. They need to be treated as YOUR mala beads. Keep in mind the real purpose of YOUR mala beads.
